Gaymont is family owned and operated, which includes a family approach to everything we do. The facility is nicely decorated with many dining and living room areas.

Philosophy

Our philosophy of care is based on caring. We ask that everyone who comes into our building be willing to invest in relationships. If you are here to work, to visit a friend or to deliver the mail we ask that you open your eyes to the possibility of caring for others. We take better care of those that we care about, whether it is a resident or a fellow co-worker caring is the key.

Our mission is to provide relationship based personal care. That is to employ staff who value relationships, are trained in the field and demonstrate a willingness to give of themselves resulting in excellent care.
